British Airways Engineer Seriously Injured After Falling from Six-Metre Height

A British Airways engineer working at the airline’s engineering base at London Heathrow was seriously injured after falling approximately six metres onto a concrete floor while inspecting the auxiliary power unit (APU) located in the aircraft’s tail section.

The incident occurred while the aircraft was parked inside the hangar.

British Airways has launched an investigation into the incident.
